Inscription. This area received its name from the Scots who came in the early 1700s. Among those buried here are tenant farmers Clark and McDougall as well as Blauvelt family members, including Revolutionary War veterans Harmanus Blauvelt and son-in- law Cornelius A. Blauvelt.
