1. Battle of Rowletts Station Marker

Inscription. Four hundred yards west of this site, December 17, 1861, Colonel B.F. Terry, 8th Texas Cavalry, CSA, was killed. He was leading his Rangers in a charge against troops, formed in a hollow square, of the 32nd Indiana Volunteers under the command of Colonel August Willich.
