Dr. Charles H. Osgood Fountain
Dr. Osgood was one of the original founding fathers
of the Norwich Free Academy in 1854.
The fountain was on his estate at the corner of
Washington and Broad Streets. In 1957,
Milton Green purchased and installed the fountain
at his home in Poquetanuck, (Preston), CT.
