Inscription.  Built c. 1798 by Sebastian Oliveros, a Corsican mariner and trader. This historic house was reconstructed by L.C. Ringhaver in 1965.

Regarding Oliveros House. Sabastian de Oliveros built a two-story coquina home for his family at this location in 1798. The structure existed until 1908. The current building was constructed based on the original foundations that were discovered during archaeological excavations.
