1. Sister City Garden Marker
Inscription.
Enjoy this beautiful and peaceful setting on the grounds of the Sylvania Historical Village. It celebrates the alliance of Sylvania with its sister city of Woodstock, Ontario in Canada. This alliance was formed between the two cities in 1992.

The Sylvania and Woodstock mayors planted the Friendship Tree, found in the garden, as a symbol of their mutual goodwill. The 15th Anniversary of the alliance was marked by a second plaque.

The three season floral displays in the garden assure a dazzling display of color whenever you visit. A formal Herb Garden serves as the entryway.

Please take a momnent to relax and enjoy nature.
