1. Watauga Hotel Cottage Marker
Inscription. Originally constructed as one of several cottages located on the Watauga Hotel property, the building contained two small rental units. This structure is the last remaining example of the group of cottages. Acquired in 1939 by the town, the hotel property was transformed park.
