at the Sampson Naval Training Station,
Route 96A, Sampson, New York
during its operation from 1942 to 1946

Dedicated this 10th day of September 1988
by the Waterloo VFW Post #6433.

Anchor recovered from the depths of
Seneca Lake on 8-18-87 by the
Seneca County Sheriff's Department Scuba Team.
