1. The Historic Duval House Marker

Inscription. This house is the oldest surviving residential structure in Citrus County. It was purchased in 2012 by the Duval Preservation Trust, a non-profit institution organized for the purpose of restoration and preservation of this historic gem. Tax deductible donations and sponsorships to help in this endeavor are most welcome.

Regarding The Historic Duval House. Built by Confederate veteran John Paul Formy-Duval, this large two-story Classical Revival Style home with porches on both floors is the oldest home in Citrus County.
