Memorial
In memory of the
illustrious dead of
Lyons Township and
in honor of our living
heroes who have defended
us in all our wars, this
monument is solemnly and
repectfully dedicated in
the year of our Lord 1929.

 
Erected 1929 by [added to plaque] Bert G. Collins Post 227 [American Legion].
