6. Unveiling of Marker July 4, 1933
In 1933 the Marker was unveiled by Eva Taggart - Daughter of Thomas D. Taggart, builder of the French Lick Hotel.
Five little girls assisted in the unveiling: Mary Jane, Grosvenor, Wigand - - Olive, Jackson, Hammond - - Roseta May Atkinson - - Joanne Elrod - and - Mary Margaret Dixon.
