With this statement in mind, as we celebrate the sesquicentennial of Bloomsburg University, a grateful alumni honors those graduates and former students who made the supreme sacrifice to preserve our freedom. We hold in high esteem all who answered the call in the defense of that freedom. May their unselfish service bring peace to the world.
