2. The Broderick Building
Building, it became known as the Railway Exchange Building in the early 20th century. Then it changed to the Harrisburg Block, then the 2nd and Cherry Building and finally renamed as the Broderick Building in 1986 after well-known Seattle realtor, Henry Broderick.
