In testimony of gratitude for the construction of this sanctuary.
He was born in San Luis de la Paz, Guanajuato in 1862. He arrived in Jerécuaro in 1917. On December 12, 1919 he helped Father Luis Chávez to place the first stone. On December 12, 1947 Jesús Montoya finally finished the construction.
The brother died in Coatepec, Veracruz on July 10, 1928.
