Regarding Salón Peter Gay. Peter Gay was a fiftyish man with a tendency to obesity who tended bar for the clients of the Porfirian society. His "salon" was a small space, with not much more room besides that needed for the bar. Peter Gay's bar was famous in the city, stocked with the bottles of all known liquors.
