1. St. Paul Presbyterian Church Lowland Marker

Inscription. Founded in 1804, the original church was on Flat Creek. The present structure was built in 1857 under the supervision of Col. Joseph Hamilton. Rooms were added in the basement in 1946 and major renovations to the interior made in 1969. The exterior remains much the same as when built. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
