Gothic Jaka palace wast built at the end of the 15th cent. next to the southern city walls. The second floor of the palace spans the city walls above which the palace facade was annexed. It is decorated with a Gothic triple lancet window from the workshop of Juraj Dalmatinac, with the coat of arms of the Petrić family and the luminary with a Gothic window. Gothic double lancet window is on the eastern front and the palace has Renaissance windows from the second phase of construction.
