This site has been declared a National Historic and Legendary Pizzeria by PMQ Magazine and The New York Pizza Show and has been inducted as a member of The Pizza Hall of Fame.
Lombardi’s Pizza is hereby recognized as the First Pizzeria in the United States, originally opened by Gennaro Lombardi in 1905.
