Inscription. Warner Brothers Studios liked Kanab's spectacular scenery and in 1952 they brought "Bugles in the Afternoon," cast and crew here. The top stars were Academy Award winner, Ray Milland and his leading lady, Helena Carter. They were ably supported by Hugh Marlowe, Forrest Tucker and Barton Maclane.

2. Helena Carter. Helena Carter (1923–2000) was an American film actress in the 1940s and 1950s who is best known for her work in the film Invaders from Mars as Dr. Patricia Blake.
