1. Tibbe Power Company Marker
Inscription. In December of 1915, amid much fanfare, this power plant came online. Remarkable for that era, this building housed two 75-horsepower generators. Theodore Link of St. Louis Union Station fame was the architect.
 
Erected 2009 by City of Washington, Missouri. (Marker Number 8.)
