Inscription. Webb Lodge No. 24, established in 1823, leased the second floor of this building owned by Israel Abrahams, Centerville merchant, and met alternately here and at Richmond until 1827. Hiram Lodge No. 42 also met here, 1846. erected by the Grand Lodge F.&A.M. of Indiana 1967
