Inscription.  "The Campbell Building, on the southwestern corner of Seventh and Pine streets, was the centerpiece of Joseph Campbell's economic prominence at the turn of the century. The building housed the Rolla State Bank (Campbell was founder) and, until 1915, the U.S. Post Office."
