Designed by architect Luther T. McNabb. Built 1896 for grocer W.B. Olgilvie. Later residence of Samuel. G. Wiener, Sr. family. Noted architects Samuel G. Wiener, Jr. and William B. Wiener, Sr. were brought up in this house.
 
Erected by Shreveport-Bossier Convention and Tourist Bureau.
