Inscription.  

An Inn or Hotel has stood on this site since 1814,
under various names. The present structure was built
in 1898. The name Millersburg Hotel was adopted in 1932.

 
Erected by Historical Society of Millersburg and Upper Paxton Township.
 
Location. 40° 32.32′ N, 76° 57.672′ W. Marker is in Millersburg, Pennsylvania, in Dauphin County.
