1. 909 Capitol Yards Marker
Inscription. 909 Capitol Yards is one of three residential apartment buildings constructed in Capitol Riverfront by developer JPI. The 237-unit building opened in 2011 on New Jersey Avenue, an area of the neighborhood populated by low commercial building, auto repair shops, cab companies and popular dance clubs. 909 Capitol Quarter and its rapid lease-up helped define Capitol Riverfront as a high density, urban residential community with great Metro accessibility. The building is also proximate to the U.S. Capitol Building and the employment center at that complex.

Erected 2019 by Capitol Riverfront. (Marker Number 5.)
