English translation:
In this place, he gave his soul to the Lord, the servant of God Friar Miguel F. Zavala O.S.A. on midnight of Good Friday, 1947. The Michoacán Augustinian Province and the town of Yuriria dedicate this humble monument 50 years after his death.
