1. The Old Well Marker
Inscription. Hidden by a capstone, this hand dug stone lined well was discovered during renovations in 2011. Mentioned in an 1837 sheriff sale as "the well of water near the door". It is spring fed and 19 feet deep. Bricks from an interior wall were used to rebuild the well to its original appearance.
