Location. 41° 10.667′ N, 73° 56.582′ W. Marker is in Haverstraw, New York, in Rockland County. Marker can be reached from Conger Ave. (U.S. 9W). This carved rock is on the shore below the Treason Site marker. It can only be accessed by climbing down a wooded hillside or by boat. The paths follow natural gullies and ravines down and are very steep and very primitive. Be careful. Touch for map. Marker is in this post office area: Haverstraw NY 10927, United States of America.
