The brothers Refugio and Trinidad Martínez founded a hard-fighting football team here made up of humble workers on April 18, 1916. They were commonly known as “Los Prietitos.” We pay tribute to our team, a symbol of Mexico City, which through its determination has formed a great history and tradition within our popular and urban culture.
