Statue erected by Mexico City by sculptor Ricardo Ponzanelli.

(1823 - 1891)

He was born in Mexico City. Several times Magistrate and President of the Supreme Court of Justice in 1871. He also held the Chief Financial Officer position during the government of President Juárez. In that period the foreign and national debt was remedied. He died in Mexico City.
