Francisco Sosa - Statue erected by the state of Campeche. It was sculpted by Víctor M. Villarreal.

(1848-1925) Poet, journalist and author, he is most famous for the idea of placing statues of famous Mexicans along the Paseo de la Reforma. He later wrote a book, Las Estatuas de la Reforma (1880), which includes short biographies of the first 34 personalities honored with a statue on the Paseo.
