Inscription.  Co-Owned Fischer's Department Store with his brother Al, the oldest business in Florissant still in operation. Served as a Flight Engineer on a B17 Crew during World War II. Charter Member and past President of Florissant Rotary Club and Rotary District Governor. He was active on many Boards and had a strong passion for the Business Community in Florissant and the people that live here.
