474 N. Potomac Street. This is a two story Queen Anne style house. The round tower is covered with slate, and the foundation is rusticated stone. It is a six bay structure with one-over-one windows. There is a porch across the front. A frontal projecting gable is embellished with a stepped parapet. Ca. 1890. Contributing building.
