Sarasota in Sarasota County, Florida — The American South (South Atlantic)
Otto Griebling
Circus Ring Of Fame
Spent his early years with a troupe of bareback riders. When an accident forced his retirement from the act he became a Tramp Clown whose sad and sassy antics were a hit with circus audiences. His classic routines and gift for pantomime made him one of the most popular clowns in the Ringling and other circuses.
Erected by Joe McKennon and the Circus Ring of Fame Foundation.
