Franz Unus, an equilibrist of unequaled skill. Originated and perfected the spectacular one-finger stand in which he balanced his body on his right index finger atop a large electric light bulb. He was a center ring star with Ringling for 13 years. In addition to the one-finger stand, Unus performed other feats of balancing no less remarkable.
