Con Colleano
Circus Ring of Fame
Known as the “Wizard of the Silver Thread,” his remarkable acrobatics were unmatched by any other low wire performer and made him one of the premier stars of the Ringling Bros. shows of the 1920s – 1940s. His singular accomplishment was the feet-to-feet front somersault, a seemingly impossible maneuver no one else has ever accomplished. He perfected it as a young performer and incorporated it as a regular feature of his routine throughout his 30-year career.
