1. Peirano Market Marker
Inscription. Built in 1877 for merchant Alex Gandolfo and later owned by the Peirano family for 96 years, this building was in continuous use as a grocery store until 1986, which marked the retirement of Nick Peirano. Restored in 1998 by KL Associates in cooperation with the City of San Buenaventura Redevelopment Agency.
