1. Henry F. Koch Marker
Inscription. He was Florissant's first full-time salaried City Clerk, serving from 1950 to 1960. In that ten year period, the population of Florissant increased 921%. In 1960, he was elected as the first full-time Mayor and the last Mayor under the 1857 Charter. He spent 10 years with the St. Louis Cardinals as a pitcher.
