Inscription. Hal Schuchmann, Army Veteran & Wash U grad, Florissant Ward 6 Councilman from 1963 - 1975 & advocated building existing City Hall & both Civic Centers. On 1963 Board of Freeholders which drafted current City Charter. Lord of Valley Flowers Court for many years of judging for Queen & Court. President FVJCs. Town & Country Alderman & Mayor 1980 - 1987. Received many honors from Florissant, other cities, MO Municipal League & US Dept. of Commerce. His name is on both City Hall plaques.

Erected 2019 by City of Florissant.
