Richard L. Ludley
As a Grambling native, Richard Ludley served as mayor of Grambling from 1985 until 1994. He helped to organize Grambling's volunteer fire department and served as a volunteer fireman followed by six years of service as fire chief. He volunteered his time to many civic organizations and served as a Grambling alderman for nearly twelve years.
