This garden commemorates the long, distinguished history of the Takoma Horticultural Club. The club was established in 1916 and is one of the oldest, continually active garden clubs in the country.
The Takoma Horticultural Club has installed park plantings throughout the City of Takoma Park and beyond. This garden installation celebrates those combined gifts and 100 years of service to the community.
