1. Pennsylvania Railroad Class N5C Cabin Car Marker
Inscription. Built in June 1942 in Altoona as number 477951, this caboose (known as a cabin car to PRR employees) served the PRR as well as the Penn Central and Conrail into the mid 1980s. After being retired, it was purchased by the Cumberland Valley Chapter of the National Railway Historical Society in October 1987. This cabin car was restored by the Cumberland Valley Chapter as a tribute to the employees of the Pennsylvania Railroad.
