1. First City Hall of Richmond Marker
Inscription.  Often referred to as Nicholl City Hall, John Nicholl located his offices upstairs, leasing the ground floor to the city for $50 a month from 1909 to 1915. The building, was purchased in 1922 by the Point Masonic Lodge, and remained under its ownership for over 70 years. Meetings were held upstairs with the social hall sharing the downstairs with the storefront hair salon since the the mid '40's. The building was seismically strengthened and converted to office and commercial space in 2002.
