1. Poteet House Marker
Inscription. Located on out-lot 81, this Queen Anne style house was built by Benjamin Franklin Poteet in 1883. The home was designed by nationally recognized architect George Barber and is listed as design # 29 in “The Cottage Souvenir No. 2” design book.
