contributed to his strong
athletic abilities, and he
gathered many friends along
the way. He played on both the
football and track teams. Died

an outstanding athlete in
both football and baseball,
he was admired as much for
his humble attitude as for
his natural ability.
Although he never met his
daughter Kelly, she can be
