Inscription. In recognition of his commitment to the Reston community, this Plaza is dedicated to Robert E. Simon, Jr., the founder of Reston, Virginia. The community also expresses its gratitude to the members of the Hunters Woods Task Force for their commitment to Reston and their role in the revitalization of their Village Center.
