Warner Hutton House. 13777-A Fruitvale Avenue. The Warner Hutton House was constructed circa 1896 in the Queen Anne style, Typical of many Saratoga homes of the late 19th century, the structure was originally located off Sousa Lane in what is now the Route 85 freeway corridor. The house was moved to its present site, restored and landscaped by the City of Saratoga in cooperation with the Santa Clara County Traffic Authority and Caltrans.
