2. Historic Watertown Guided Tour. Replaced First National Bank’s original 1880s brick building. Known since 1942 as the Medical Arts Building, it has served many purposes over the years. In the 1970s it was the home of the Chamber of Commerce. Unique features of the building include a black granite base, creamy terra cotta wall surface and elaborate neo-classical details such as a series of fluted pilasters with heavily molded bases, large rosettes, and stylized urns.
