2. Historic Watertown Guided Tour. This building was built by Gray Construction for Rosa Frey’s hat store. Frey lived in one of the second floor apartments. Deep brick corbelling adorns the top of the building, and the semicircular arched windows with smooth stone sills and protecting brick surrounds are another attractive feature of the building.
