Inscription. Dedicated to the men and women of Columbiana County who answered our country's call during the period of World War I. Their service stands out as a beacon light for all time. We are proud to honor them in this manner.
 
Erected by Corporal Joe Connelly Barracks #3 and its Auxiliary Veterans of World War I of the USA.
