This memorial, presented by the members of Bacchus, has been erected in dedication to those courageous men and women who served their country in Operation Desert Storm, and to those who did not come back, for they gave their lives in bravery to the endeavor of oppressing aggression and the goal of restoring in what they most preciously believed in--Freedom. It is that Freedom shall always triumph in times of conflict, and man becomes friend with his brothers.
